Saw 3 movies in the last 3 nights.

"An Education"- Don't miss it! Not a flaw to be found. GREAT! And strong soundtrack as well. ****1/2

"Me and Orson Welles"- Very Good. Not convinced Zac Efron was the best choice here, he seems a bit out of place, but still, very good film.***

"Up In The Air"- Hmm. From the trailers, I was expecting this to be an hilarious, quick-paced romp all about a guy obsessed with frequent flyer miles and perks, sort of like a big-headed crooner I know. The trailers are misleading, as is the film. It's slow, amusing in places, but just not great. **1/2

Anything you've seen lately?

I absolutely and highly recommend "The Blind Side".......I think it's a great uplifting film with lots of heart.....I had tears in my eyes even when I was laughing.  Can't recommend it enough.

I also happened to take my niece and nephew last week to see "Alvin & the chpmunks - The Squeakell" and enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.  I found myself laughing out loud several times.  Very cute!!

I was thinking of going to see the George Clooney film but after your review, I have to rethink.....

:-)
